    CEO of ENRISE GROUP
    8 years from establishment of ENRISE CORPORATION INC., the company has open 6 domestic bases (Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka) and 2 overseas bases (Silicon Valley, Cebu). From the active business development, every year since 2014 they have been nominated in the ”Best venture 100”. Also chosen to the FT High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific in 2018 and 2020. The company focus on “developing human resources to work together” and “creating new businesses”.

    In the IT company, she launched the customer services for various clients and engaged as a person in charge from recruiting human resources to operation construction and service improvement. Utilizing her experience in human resource development and organizational management, she also conducts community activities for young people, mainly in Tohoku region. She participated as a community manager in enspace inc.

    He studied drug molecules for cancer treatment, but he became interested to business and start to internship in enspace Sendai for a year. He volunteered to launch enspace Cebu to realise the dream working abroad. As a local staff, he will be responsible for business in general.
